Thought for the day
May 30, 2007“Everything you want is out there waiting for you to ask. Everything you want also wants you. But you have to take action to get it.”

Ang, this reminds of of another saying. I’m paraphrasing. Happiness is wanting what you already have, and not what you don’t have.
How’s my beautiful friend doing?
That reminds me of another saying: Possession is nine tenths of the law.
I’m not sure what that has to do with this, but Dan had one so I felt like I needed one too.
How’s my beautiful friend doing? Have you seen her? She said she was headed toward your place.
Dan-O! Your saying made me think of another one, too. “Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it!”
I guess I was thinking along the lines of the things that are elusive being things like peace, happiness, love and joy, not something like a new boat or pair of jeans. I don’t think there’s a new pair of jeans out there wanting me.
And Diesel! You are so, so funny. Our beautiful friend made an appearance last on May 3 when she was flying to LA with her salon-owning friend and didn’t want to look like a chump. Sadly, she hasn’t been seen since. We’re hopeful that she’ll make an appearance this evening at a local rock/blues concert so as not to embarrass her rock star husband who ALWAYS looks like he stepped out of the pages of GQ when he leaves the house. Arrrrr. The pressure! (You feel it, too, I know.) Cheers!
