  2. Fantastic quote! Never heard that before … I feel like I’m following it everyday at work (it seems I’m always delivering news that nobody wants to hear – better that than sugarcoating though).

    I am learning to preface bad news at work with something about not shooting the messenger. 🙂

    The truth is always better, although I do miss some of the “ignorance is bliss” stage of my life.
