“The face of a child can say it all, especially the mouth part of the face.”

Jack Handey

  1. And don’t they ever! Kids just don’t pull any punches and they will rat you out in a heartbeat. Once after I had the second child, my older son asked if I had another baby in my belly, which wasn’t close to back to normal yet. I told him I didn’t and he said it looked like I did. And kept saying it over and over. I finally asked him to stop saying it and he said, “I’ll stop saying it, but I’ll keep thinking it.” Yeesh.

  2. LOL! That’s so funny. Aren’t they a riot? I do hope that my kids can keep some of that honesty as they learn to temper it with kindness and good manners. That’s priceless. I carried my baby weight around with me until my divorce. That dropped the last ten off me in the space of about a week and a half. I wouldn’t recommend it, though!! 😉
