  1. amen to that. 😉

  2. Hi Neva, also known as “Rome wasn’t built in a day,” yes? I don’t know if I properly thanked you for the Ruiz post you had a while back, but I’m so thankful that you posted it. It has been centering me again and again through a tough month. All that to say, I’m very grateful for you!

  3. I concur. Even lesser achievements do too. Like your ‘left my heart in San Francisco’ photo. Sorry we didn’t make it that far south on our recent excursion, but we might do a long weekend there sometime over the winter. It’s just a 2 hour flight from Vancouver. Have just a fine weekend, friend.

  4. Hi Ian ~ You should! Although Frisco in the winter is a dreary, dreary place. I do love it there, but it’s just too foggy for me. I need sun or I shrivel up in a little ball. We’re thinking of going to Florida this winter to visit family. Maybe I’ll skip some of those winter blues I seem to sink into that way. We’ll see. San Francisco/Napa in the summer and early fall are just delightful, though. Happy weekend to you, too!

  5. Indeed. I need someone standing with me at my new house shouting that at me every ten minutes when I start to despair.

  6. wise words indeed! it takes time and hardwork, everyone thinking otherwise is fooling themselves. thanks for this.

  7. Hi CS ~ A bottle of red wine and I will be over soon. It’s a little bit of a drive, but I think I can make it. Here’s me shouting, “All great achievements require time!” Can you hear it? I’ll shout louder if I need to. {{{{Hugs}}}} I am in total awe of you and your ability to get all that shit done.

Hi Foo ~ I’m trying to remember them when I start feeling scared or impatient. Nothing gets fixed in a day. Cheers to you, my friend!
