Skipper the Penguin: Can you keep a secret, my monochromatic friend?

[Marty nods head]

Skipper the Penguin: Do you ever see any penguins running free around New York City?

[Marty shakes head]

Skipper the Penguin: Of course not. We don’t belong here. It’s just not natural. This is all some kind of whacked-out conspiracy.

  1. Cute.

  2. Oh, my lovely sister, you consistently either brighten my day or give me pause for thought. Thanks for being you.

  3. Meleah ~ Thanks! A friend and I were joking about the phrase, “This is all some kind of whacked out conspiracy,” and it just grew from there. You know how those things go!

Ian ~ I’m so glad!!! I have to have balance in my life. Some thinking, lots of feeling, lots of fun. Life is too short to stay in those philosophical realms for too long, but I have to go there to acknowledge my soul. The humor I do for my spirit (which may or may not be the same place as the soul, but since today is not a day of reflection, I couldn’t tell you!). 😉 Here’s wishing a day filled with laughter for you, my friend.

  4. I love those penguins. I also love all penguins and have been collecting penguins and their paraphernalia for years.

I think Madagascar should have been about the penguins. It seemed that there were two separate writing teams on that movie. The good team wrote the penguins.

  5. Hi Reese! I love the penguins so much that I posted the youtube video we found that has only the penguin clips. I laugh out loud every time. Cheers!

  6. yeah those penguins were funny. they should actually make a spinoff movie with them in it.
